Earth Celebration Gatherings
THE EARTH is the holder of this space. She is the healer, the curandera, the shaman.
It's my intention to facilitate these gatherings to open us up to her medicine, to honor her & give back, and to celebrate all she does for us.
Through grounding practices, prayer, meditation, joyful movement & expression, and connecting with the spirits of the plants, we are reviving our relationship to the Earth, to our community, and to ourselves.
For our personal wellbeing. For ecological justice. For spiritual expansion.
RSVP below to join us because the Earth is calling you, even if you've never experienced earth-based healing or been part of a community circle before.
Details:
- Free-to-attend monthly gatherings from June through September.
- Gatherings last 1.5-2 hrs each
- Attend any or all that fit your schedule
- Each of the four months has a loosely-held theme (see below) to orient the practices, medicines, and offerings around.
- We will meet each 3rd Saturday on 6/22, 7/20, 8/17, & 9/21 @ 11 AM in the Bear Creek Greenbelt Trail Parking Lot at the Stone House off of Estes St in Lakewood, just south of Yale St.

June 22, 2024 - Grounding, Physical Connection with the Earth, Rooting.
I will be sharing some ginger tea to connect with the medicine of rooting and we will do a grounding practice, and work with the element of Earth & stone.
July 20, 2024 - Intention & the Mind ~ Breath & the element of Air
I will be offering dandelion tea to honor Spring time, represented by the direction of the East in the medicine wheel. We will share intentions, move through a few breath work practices and incorporate our intentions into those practices, and do some reflective writing and/or sharing.
August 24, 2024 - Expression, Spiritual/Energetic Connection with the Earth, Dance/Movement
I will be sharing some Cacao medicine from Peru to help open our hearts and our spirits to courageous and playful expression. We will be working with the element of fire, but since we cannot have an outdoor fire where we are gathering, we'll be connecting to the SUN instead :)
September 21, 2024 - Reciprocity through offerings, giving back to the land, and working with the element of water
We will pray with sacred water, explore the concept of reciprocity and giving back to the land, and visit with the creek. I don't know if there will be an offering for this day other than water, we will see ;)
