4-Month 1:1 Earth Reconnection Journey
Sacred Roots Revival is rooted in working with the cycles, elements, and wisdom of the Earth to support personal, spiritual, and ecological healing.
The Revived Life program encompasses 4 foundational "pillars", in tandem with the primary 4 directions of the medicine wheel, for living in flow, harmony, and right relationship with Mother Earth to reconnect with your truest, most innate nature of Self.

This program is for you if:
- You are curious about how living in greater harmony and alignment with the Earth can support your healing journey.
- You have been getting messages or feeling "callings" to connect with the Earth more deeply but aren't sure where to start
- You have tried various approaches to healing but still feel like there is something missing for your spiritual, physical, or emotional wellbeing
- You are ready to come into right relationship with Mother Earth and learn new perspectives, ways of relating, and practices to support both your healing and Hers.
An Acknowledgement:
The medicine wheel has served as a map of life for indigenous lineages around the world for millennia.
I offer my gratitude and acknowledgement to the Native North American Indigenous Peoples and to the ancestors who have carried this tradition for interweaving the Earth's cycles with personal inner cycles and larger collective cycles for healing and spiritual connection.
It is my intention to work with and share in integrity how I connect with these practices by bringing awareness and acknowledgement to the original carriers of these traditions.
Working with the medicine wheel has brought great significance and healing to my own life and my own capacity for cultivating intentional, reciprocal relationship with the Earth. That is why I call upon this map in the Revived Life program to guide and support the work of Earth Reconnection.

Revived Connection

We start with the tangible level first through physical interaction with nature, and somatic work with the body, to establish a solid foundation for the journey of Earth Reconnection.
We are rooting solidly into the fertile soils of Mother Earth so that we can receive her nourishment and feel her support all through the journey.
Working with the Root chakra, and utilizing somatic exploration work in the 1:1 sessions, you will engage in practices that gently introduce you to a new perspective of being in physical relationship with the Earth through a more spiritual lens.

Element: Air
Once your roots have been firmly established, and we've built a foundational connection with the body (the physical manifestation of Earth), we can explore the mind with a grounded and rooted approach.
The mind, much like air moves quickly and can be quite chaotic, so this pillar helps to channel that energy by working with the qualities and characteristics of air and the medicine of intention.
The modalities for working with the mind in the 1:1 sessions can involve approaches to exploring the psyche through parts work (Internal Family Systems/IFS), or exploring patterns of thoughts and perspectives that you're curious about or wanting to shift.

Element: Fire
Through the processes of rooting the Self into the stability of the physical and then channeling the chaotic energy of the mind, allows us to open to our expression from a place of empowerment.
Our spirit is that which is connected to the Divine in its purest form. It is beyond all the conditioning, trauma, suffering, and illusion of the human experience.
By working with the sacred element of fire in this pillar, you will channel your inner, inherent divinity through shamanic creative expression practices.
In the 1:1 sessions we will work with the energetics your system, and during the opening ceremony, if you don't have one already, we'll invite in a Spirit guide, through a drum journey, to support you in working with your own spirit essence.

Element: Water
Using the power of your expression can help you attune to the reciprocal nature of the Earth, thus leading into the final pillar.
What you give, you receive.
Sacred water teaches us about reciprocity--the divine flow of giving and receiving.
Through 1:1 sessions and self-guided practices, you will explore how to flow with your emotions as a guidance system for harvesting the abundance of being in flow with the Earth's cycles and the inherent interconnection of all that is.
The journey of Earth Reconnection comes full circle honoring all she has taught us and given to us by returning that medicine in a way that feels aligned and suited to you and your life.
It is about carrying the medicine forward into the world with you as it moves and weaves its way through you.

- 2 90min sessions per month, rooted in frameworks of somatic exploration, parts work, and shamanic energetics

Hey, I'm Margo. I cannot tell you how much it means to me that you are curious about deepening your relationship with the Earth.
It is a dream to be bringing to life a vision of facilitating the work that has saved mine.
I had all but given up on life when I reunited with the sacred mushroom, after a long hiatus.
This time, it was for healing and I could never have imagined the journey that that first microdosing protocol would take me on.
I became so passionate about the potential implications for healing, that I was called deeper into study with plant medicine, ancient spiritual traditions, and shamanic practice.
The work of healing can be some of the most intense, deep, transformative, and life-changing work we will do in our lives, and that is why I feel so impassioned about turning towards the Earth's wisdom--not only to support us on our own personal journeys, but to reciprocally support Her as we remember our roots of inherent interconnection with all of life.
My study of plant medicine, consciousness, holistic healing, and Earth Reconnection has led me to working with various healing modalities that I return to myself again and again for support and guidance--because the more deeply we meet ourselves, the more we tend to find. Because life, contrary to what we've been told, is... well... deep.
It is my intention to hold a container of compassionate, rooted, support for you in your own exploration of that depth through this journey of Earth Reconnection.
